1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Levett Letter & Lounge (the “Service”) is a unified editorial and membership offering providing strategic intelligence on the market for women artists. It is operated by: Musée de Mougins SAS,
a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the RCS of Cannes under number 512 676 560 00034, headquartered at 5 rue des Mûriers, 06250 Mougins, France,
represented by Ms. Leisa Paoli, President (“FAMM”).
The Service includes:

✓ Museum alignment forecasts
✓ Auction & fair highlights
✓ Access to Christian Levett’s full collection online
✓ Monthly webinar sessions with Christian Levett
✓ Invitation to a private spring event at Christian’s palazzo in Florence (starting with the Venice Biennale in 2026)
✓ Invitation to the annual fall gathering at FAMM in Mougins alongside Frieze & Paris+ (starting in 2026)
✓ A complimentary signed book collection of all FAMM & Christian Levett publications

The Service is designed exclusively for collectors, institutions, and patrons seeking both insight and impact. It is not an art advisory or brokerage firm and does not sell or mediate artworks.

‍2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND PRICING
2.1 Annual FeeThe Levett Letter & Lounge:
€2,000 per year (excluding VAT)This subscription includes full access to:
Monthly reports and artist intelligence,
Live webinars and commentary,
A password-protected online member platform,
Three private annual events (France and Italy),
Complimentary signed editions of select FAMM publications.

Special rates:
Registered cultural institutions benefit from a 50% rebate.
Individuals under the age of 30 benefit from a 50% youth rebate.
To activate this pricing, subscribers must upload valid supporting documentation (institutional proof or government ID) at the time of subscription.

2.2 VAT and Tax Treatment
‍As the service combines both digital and in-person components, it is treated as a composite service. Under Article 256 of the French Tax Code and EU VAT rules, the place of supply is deemed to be France, where the service is organized, managed, and invoiced.The full €2,000 fee is therefore subject to French VAT at 20%.

The VAT-inclusive price is €2,400.
Subscribers with a valid intra-EU VAT number may be eligible for reverse charge invoicing.
Stripe, our payment processor, automatically generates tax-compliant invoices and validates VAT numbers where applicable.
No VAT adjustments are made based on event participation or subscriber residence. All services are invoiced from France.

‍2.3 Payment Terms
‍Full payment is due upon subscription.
Access to the Service begins on August 25, 2025, when the member area becomes available.

Subscribers will receive login credentials at that time.

All payments are processed via Stripe in Euros (€).

‍3. SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS
3.1 Registration
‍To subscribe, individuals must complete a registration form and provide:
Full name
Contact information
Professional affiliation (optional)
Billing address
VAT number (if applicable)

3.2 Acceptance
‍FAMM reserves the right to approve or decline any subscription request at its sole discretion.

‍3.3 Confirmation
‍Subscribers receive access credentials and onboarding details following approval and payment confirmation.

‍4. SERVICE ACCESS AND DELIVERY
4.1 Monthly Content Delivery
‍12 monthly issues delivered by on the member’s area and announced by an email sent to the subscriber’s email address
Digital access to the full Levett Collection (password-protected archive)
Monthly live webinar with Q&A hosted by Christian Levett

4.2 Private Events
‍Subscription includes invitation to the following: Florence Event ( Starting in Spring 2026): Tour of Christian Levett’s palazzo and reception.
Mougins Events (Starting in Fall 2026): Guided tour of FAMM and reception.

These events are included in the membership price. Travel and accommodation costs are borne by the subscriber. Event details will be communicated in advance and may vary by year.

‍4.3 Optional Private Advisory
‍Lounge members may request one-on-one advisory calls with Christian Levett:€3,000/hour excluding VAT
Billed separately upon request - Subject to availability

5. DURATION AND RENEWAL
5.1 Term
‍One-year fixed term, commencing on date of payment confirmation.

‍5.2 Renewal
‍Automatic renewal unless cancelled with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date.

‍5.3 Price Adjustments
‍FAMM reserves the right to adjust pricing with a 60-day prior notice. Changes take effect at the next renewal.

‍6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
6.1 Cancellation
‍Subscribers may cancel by notifying FAMM in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.

‍6.2 Refund Policy
‍Due to the immediate access to digital content and the advance reservation of in-person events, no refunds are provided after activation of membership.

‍6.3 Early Termination by FAMM
‍FAMM may suspend or terminate a subscription for:
Non-payment
Breach of these terms
Misuse of service content

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
‍All content (reports, visuals, platform data) remains the exclusive property of FAMM and its licensors. Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without express written consent.

‍8. CONFIDENTIALITY
‍The Levett Letter & Lounge content is confidential and strictly reserved for personal or institutional use by the subscriber.

‍9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
‍No investment advice is provided.
FAMM disclaims liability for the use of information provided via the Service.
Access may be disrupted temporarily; no liability is accepted for service outages.
FAMM’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

10. DATA PROTECTION
‍Personal data is processed according to GDPR and FAMM’s privacy policy.Subscribers may request access, correction, deletion, or portability by contacting: admin@thelevettletter.com 

‍11. FORCE MAJEURE
‍FAMM is not liable for non-performance due to external events beyond its control (including but not limited to war, pandemic, cyberattacks, natural disasters).

‍12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
‍These terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Tribunal de commerce de Cannes, France. 

‍13. DATA CONTROLLER AND PRIVACY
‍The Data Controller for all personal data collected in connection with The Levett Letter & Lounge subscription is:
